Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. This policy explains the limited use of cookies and local storage by cloudaichatbot.com, operated by GetaBooking Ltd.

We keep tracking to a minimum. We do not set advertising or third-party tracking cookies on cloudaichatbot.com, and the chat widget placed on our customers’ websites is cookie-free — it sets no tracking, analytics or advertising cookies on your visitors’ devices.

The dashboard uses your browser’s localStorage (not cookies) to store:

• your sign-in session token (so you stay logged in);
• your cookie-notice acknowledgement;
• interface preferences (such as whether you’ve activated the test widget).

This data stays on your device and is not used for tracking.

When embedded on a customer’s website, the widget operates without cookies. It loads its configuration and sends messages to our API to generate replies, but it does not place tracking cookies on the visitor’s device.

You can clear localStorage and cookies at any time through your browser settings, or use private/incognito mode. Clearing the session token will sign you out of the dashboard.
